The DBX Workforce Development Committee is working hard to encourage people to consider the construction industry as a career path. They have established the new "Outstanding Educator" Award which will be presented during Team Building Night on August 26th.
Criteria for the award:
- Has promoted the construction industry as a career path for young people
- Has demonstrated outstanding skills in working with young people and given them guidance and the support they need to make career decisions
- Exhibits exceptional job performance, professional adaptability, personal tenacity, creativity and integrity as a professional educator.
