How It Works
If you've never accessed the system, your login is your email address. For maximum security, it is not possible for you or anyone else to retrieve your password. When you enter your password, it is stored in a special encrypted format that cannot be decrypted. (We validate your password by encrypting the password you enter on the login window and compare it with the encrypted value stored in your record.) Therefore, if you've forgotten your password, the system will email you a temporary new one that you can use. The first time you log in, you will be asked to choose a new password. For additional security measures, the System Administrator will also be notified when you make this request. At no time ever, is your password visible or recorded in system log files without being hidden or encrypted.
